EolianVR, Inc. is a U.S.-based defense technology company focused on mission planning, command-and-control ("C2"), spatial computing, mixed reality ("XR"), digital twin, autonomous systems orchestration, and situational awareness technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use this website or Services.

You represent that:

• you are not prohibited from accessing U.S.-origin technology under applicable export control laws,
• you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction,
• and you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, source code, text, graphics, branding, videos, demonstrations, technical documentation, whitepapers, architecture diagrams, workflows, user interfaces, patents, trademarks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to EolianVR, Inc.

This includes, without limitation:

• ARTAK™
• Map Maker™
• Eolian Mixed Reality Platform
• related software modules, APIs, interfaces, demonstrations, workflows, and associated intellectual property.

Certain technologies may be protected by U.S. and international patents, including U.S. Patent No. US11297164B2.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer any software or platform;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks;
• interfere with website security or operations;
• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or malicious purposes;
• upload malware, exploits, or harmful code;
• use the Services in violation of export control laws;
• scrape or harvest website content using automated means without permission;
• misrepresent affiliation with Eolian or any government agency.

5. Government & Defense Use Disclaimer

Certain products and services referenced on this website are intended solely for authorized government, defense, enterprise, or commercial use.

Descriptions of capabilities, demonstrations, integrations, or operational scenarios are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of operational performance, procurement availability, or regulatory approval.

Any government procurement remains subject to:

• applicable FAR/DFARS requirements,
• export controls,
• cybersecurity compliance requirements,
• and formal contractual agreements.

Certain Eolian platforms may utilize:

• artificial intelligence,
• machine learning,
• automation,
• autonomous orchestration,
• or decision-support technologies.

Outputs generated by such systems are intended to support human decision-making and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational, tactical, safety-critical, or mission-critical decisions.

Human review and oversight remain required.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Eolian is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
